The 4-story block comprises a sub-basement and a ground floor that functions as a car park and also makes room for services. The sub-basement floor utilizes a partly opened and screened façade to enhance the ventilation rate within the interior. The subsequent floors accommodate office spaces, lettable conference and commercial spaces, and utility spaces. The design also deploys a touch of sustainability and vertical circulation measures which renders it eco and disability friendly respectively. The magnificent edifice leverages the grill façade screening to sun-shade its openings and walls.
